The 1080p tab, along with the movies, has been removed from channel 1100.

Hellboy 2
Iron Man
Kung Fu Panda
Sukiyaki Western
The Women
Transsiberian* ? I don't know if DirecTV spelled that title correctly or not,but that is how it is spelled in the listings.
Tropic Thunder
The HD 1080p icon is listed next to each title contained in the listings on channel 1100.
But,nothing has changed,as far as I can tell..
The same 1080p trailers are still listed on channel 1100.
Perhaps DirecTV will start offering some full-length movies in 1080p soon.

This is being discussed over on DBSTalk, but I figured I would post the update on here too.
The Incredible Hulk is now available in 1080p from DirecTV On Demand.
Go to channel 1100,select High-Def and scroll down the listing of movies.
There are currently two listings for The Hulk. The 1080p version is the second title, located underneath Hellboy II.
The film is available until 3/31/09 and costs $4.99.

Guest repliedDoes'nt Seem to be working. I tried downloading a couple shows but seems like the dvr scheduler may be broken. The shows did'nt come through. internet, network and network services all pass and i can download from my reciever no problem. Directv2pc works fine too.

Well,Showtime's 1080p/24 material is still a "work in progress".
I watched the first 10-15 minutes of "Crank".The PQ looked fantastic, audio was in sync. But,at the bottom of the screen,I saw alot of the "choppy/jerky" video that other folks have spoke of.Also saw alot of artifacts during fast moving sequences in the film.Deleted it from my Playlist.
Oh well,at least they are trying.
Perhaps in the next week or two, they will get it right.
